Service Description
Call the clinic and book a free physio-led Clinical Pilates assessment evaluating posture, movement, strength and mobility. Includes a personalised exercise plan to ensure a safe, effective and confident start to Pilates.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required in advance at the clinic. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled session without charge. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, will result in the session being charged in full. This policy is in place to ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients.
